Geof Rochester

Geof is a strategic advisor to nonprofit and brand leadership in business, marketing, and communications. Recognized as a thought-leader across corporate sustainability and responsibility, he brings distinctive and dynamic experience with the world’s leading conservation NGOs, media companies, and consumer goods brands. Geof founded GRC Advising in 2019 to drive social purpose, optimize networks, and scale brands for maximum potential, all in pursuit of a purpose-driven world.

Geof has served in global roles as Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer of The Nature Conservancy, Executive Vice President for Marketing at World Wrestling Entertainment, and Senior Vice President for Marketing at Showtime Networks. Earlier in his career, Geof served in senior marketing positions with Comcast Communications, Radisson Hotels International, and P&G.

Geof is on the board of AppHarvest and mindSpark. He regularly speaks on the topics of brand purpose and sustainability. He is a native Bajan, a graduate of Georgetown University, and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Christopher R. Tancredi

Chris is a pioneer in the sustainable investment space, an investment finance veteran who brings over 23 years of experience with leading global firms. Chris facilitates capital engagement with sustainable innovation and shapes a sustainable trajectory towards impact investing.

His current focus grew out of the ever-evolving framework of sustainable/impact investing and frustration with the approach and data available. Chris studied the correlation between risk factors and sustainable investing and the thoughtful solutions required to move a portfolio towards sustainable objectives while staying true to broader Investment objectives.

At Merrill Lynch, Spear Leeds & Kellogg/Goldman Sachs, Instinet, Deutsche Bank AG, Citigroup, and HSBC Bank Plc. Chris’s focus ranged from high net worth and hedge funds to public/private pensions, asset management, and sovereign wealth funds. His responsibilities encompassed private banking, institutional rates sales, and proprietary trading. He focused on direct market Access and Algorithmic Sales, prime brokerage, and quantitative investment solutions sales on the equity side.

 

Brie Lowry Cox

Brie joins GRC after a decade as a professional ballerina and executive director at Kentucky Ballet Theatre. She spent three years with Digital Tulip, a full-service digital marketing agency focused on healthcare marketing, media sales, and brand strategy. Brie guided Appalachian Regional Healthcare’s digital marketing strategy across multiple service lines. 

Before their IPO launch, she joined AppHarvest as an executive marketing and strategy consultant, where she built regional partnerships anchored in community strategy and local culture. Brie also manages the marketing and media for her husband's restaurants portfolio. A St. Louis native, she graduated Cum Laude and is an award-winning Honors Laureate from Texas Christian University with a BFA in Ballet.

Juan Adrian Garcia

Juan is a digital media producer delivering powerful stories across various mediums. He offers creative direction to bridge marketing strategy and the final customer experience. 

Previously, he was Director of Marketing at Community TechKnowledge, now part of Social Solutions, a software company helping non-profits prove their impact, and Creative Director at Enliken. As a UX designer and front-end developer, Juan created Almirante, a construction site management app for clients in Latin America. He helped build Morelia Hacks, a community of civic hackers working with the local government to launch software innovations in the city. Juan is a graphic designer, photographer, video editor, podcast producer, animator, and motion graphics pro with a B.S. in Digital Arts from Full Sail University.

Daniel Krohn

Daniel Krohn has been working in the sustainability field for more than 15 years. He currently works as the ESG and Sustainability Adviser for GRC, helping their clients with strategy development, transformation, implementation, reporting and marketing/branding. In the past Daniel has worked in a variety of industries focusing on ESG and sustainability, marketing and branding, and strategy, and innovation. He has an MBA and a BA in Biology. Daniel has additional training and education in sustainable business practices and innovation from Institute of Design at Stanford University, Harvard Business School Executive Education in Corporate Social Responsibility, One Planet Leaders (World Wildlife Fund), GRI Sustainability Reporting Certification, Natural Resources Canada (NRC) and Point Carbon – Carbon Trading.

As a marketing leader, Sivan has spent over 20 years building strategic partnerships across private, government, nonprofit, and academic sectors to help advance sustainable development and LGBT equality movements.

Sivan co-founded the nonprofit Picture Earth. She also served as an educational and marketing expert for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection. From content creation to grant writing and fundraising, event promotion, and production, Jon’s work has centered on moving audiences and stakeholders to action through compelling stories.

With 10 years of experience in the music industry, from a very young age Morgan has had an affinity for soundtracks and the way intertwining music enhances visual media. In 2021, Morgan founded Sound Affects, a full service music consultancy that specializes in music supervision, clearances, creative strategy and brand ideation in the music space. Morgan received her degree from New York University; a self-designed major in Psychology of Entertainment (minor concentration in Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology). Morgan’s depth of experience within the music industry includes Sony Music, music consultation and clearance work on Academy Award-nominated feature films, music supervision for major brands, and strategic alliances and sponsorships with Live Nation Entertainment.
